PeriodHere is a minimal period and cycle tracking app for iPhone. This policy explains what information the App handles and how.

No account No registration required.

No cloud We do not operate servers that receive your health data.

No ads or analytics No third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.

On-device storage Your data stays on your iPhone unless you enable optional integrations.

Information Stored on Your Device

PeriodHere may store locally on your device:

Period start and end dates
Cycle length and period duration preferences
Optional daily logs: flow level and symptom tags you select
App settings (e.g. Apple Health or Calendar sync toggles)
Widget display data (shared via Apple App Group with the widget extension)

This data is not transmitted to us or any third party by default.

Optional Integrations

Apple Health (HealthKit)

If enabled, PeriodHere may read and write menstrual flow data in the Health app after you grant permission. Revoke access in Settings → Health → Data Access → Period Here.

Apple Calendar

If enabled, PeriodHere may create calendar events for period and fertile-window dates on your device. Revoke access in Settings → Privacy & Security → Calendars.

Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect name, email, location, contacts, photos, advertising identifiers, or analytics sent to our servers.

Retention and Deletion

Data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App. Data synced to Apple Health or Calendar remains in those apps until you remove it there.

Children

PeriodHere is not directed at children under 13.
